The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.
Orders that are not delivered due to incorrect address, recipient not found and/or that are returned to the post office and the customer does not collect it in a timely manner will only be refunded 50% of the total value of the order (except express shipping) or the customer will have the right to pay half the value of the order and receive it again.
Undelivered orders are no longer being returned to the supplier, they are stopped at customs in the country of origin and destroyed, so we are no longer able to ship it again.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
According to Brazilian law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order at your address.

We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. How many days does it take for a credit card refund to be processed?
A: If the refund is made in the form of credit, it will be available on the same invoice, if it is still open, or on the next one, if the current one has already been closed. Therefore, the credit card refund can take up to 45 business days.
How does a refund for an installment purchase work?
A: If the purchase is paid in installments, the purchase amount is returned to your invoice in the form of credit, paying the installment for that month. If you have already paid your invoice, the refund is made the following month and eliminates the expense.

A: To find out if your purchase has been refunded, it is important to pay attention to the information on your invoice. The easiest way to find out is to look for any credit generated in the name of the establishment where the purchase was made.
